Our policy on returns, exchanges, and refunds to ensure your complete satisfaction with Hit Papers products.

Return Policy Overview

At Hit Papers, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

We accept returns of unused and unopened products within 30 days of delivery. Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened paper products.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.

Return Eligibility

Eligible for Return

  • Unopened and unused products in their original packaging
  • Products returned within 30 days of delivery
  • Damaged or defective items (reported within 7 days)
  • Incorrect items shipped to you

Not Eligible for Return

  • Opened paper products (for hygiene reasons)
  • Products showing signs of use or damage caused by the customer
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
  • Special order or customized items

Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email our customer service team at info@hitpapers.uk with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Approval: Wait for our confirmation email with return instructions and a return authorization number.
  3. Package Your Return: Securely pack the unused items in their original packaging.
  4. Ship Your Return: Send your package to the address provided in the confirmation email, including your return authorization number.
  5. Refund Processing: Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days. Please note that it may take an additional 2-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

Refund Includes:

  • Cost of the returned items
  • Original shipping charges (only if the return is due to our error)

Refund Does Not Include:

  • Original shipping charges (for customer-initiated returns)
  • Return shipping costs (unless the return is due to our error)

Exchanges

We do not directly process exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item following our return process and place a new order for the desired item.

If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team directly, and we'll arrange for a replacement to be sent to you.
